5 WEEKS TO GROW IN POWER & STRENGTH IN THE RIOT ROOM

The challenge runs from Sunday, November 3rd to Saturday, December 7th. The goal? To help you build strength by focusing on specific exercises and progressing how much you lift each week! Each day will have set exercises, and as the reps decrease each week, you'll aim to lift heavier and push your limits.
To help you track your progress, we’re setting up a Tracking Board on the board next to the RIOT room! We’ll highlight key exercises for each day, and all you need to do is add your name and track your progress after each class. Signing up is simple—just write your name on the board and keep track of your weights!

We’re sharing the challenge exercises early so you can decide which ones you want to focus on. Just write the exercises and starting weights on the board. For example, if you want to track bicep curls and deadlifts, you’d write something like “BC- 10, DL- 15” and update those numbers weekly as you get stronger.
