AT REBEL, CLIENTS HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO CHOOSE RIDE – A RHYTHM-BASED INDOOR CYCLING CLASS, RIOT – A BOXING-INSPIRED HIIT WORKOUT OR REHAB - A MUSIC DRIVEN HEATED YOGA CLASS.
ALL CLASSES ARE LED BY EXPERT INSTRUCTORS WHO COACH STUDENTS THROUGH ENERGIZING 45-MINUTE AND 60-MINUTE WORKOUTS DESIGNED TO CHALLENGE THE MIND AND BODY.
OUR STORY
REBEL HOUSE was opened with the goal of building an empowering environment which celebrated individuality while providing the support of a close-knit community.
Rebel House was orignally Rebel Cycle, one of the first boutique cycling studios in the state of Utah. After only a few months in business, our team was amazed at the deep community ties which quickly developed with clients and other local businesses. Encouraged by the positive feedback and reception of the indoor cycling studio, the choice was made to expand their brand and develop REBEL HOUSE – a inclusive gym which offers its clients boxing-inspired HIIT classes, distinctive indoor cycling, and set their beat based yoga classes to create the perfect trifecta of classes under one roof.
Each member of the Rebel house staff makes it their goal is to offer students a memorable experience which tests their physical limits and encourages individual growth on the physical, personal and spiritual level. They value the deep connection they have been able to make with clients and the Salt Lake community alike and remain committed to providing a safe and inspiring environment for each person who walks through the REBEL HOUSE doors.

REBEL RIDE is a rhythm-based indoor cycling class which builds strength and endurance through high-intensity cardio, muscle-toning movement and energizing choreography powerfully paired to the rhythm of energizing music. Each RIDE is led by expert instructors who encourage, inspire and empower each rider to push ourselves to our personal best. Throughout every class, we ride together as one rebel family, supporting each other beginning to end. RIDE challenges both the mind and the body leaving you feeling strong, confident and grounded.

REBEL RIOT is HiiT (High Intensity Interval Training) challenging students to 10 rounds of powerful cardio, strength training and conditioning, all in one 45-minute class. RIOT combines the intensity of boxing with the energy of group fitness to encourage everyone to become their strongest selves. At RIOT, you’ll get fired up by our expert instructors who will coach you through 10 rounds, encouraging you to fight for yourself and fight for your personal best to the very end.
